Currently, dress shirts are unavailable for exchanges because they are on pre-order. To ensure a smooth experience, please place a new order for a dress shirt.

When returning a dress shirt, you can choose store credit and place a new order once your return has been processed. Alternatively, you can select a refund and place a new order whenever you're ready.

This is the best way for you, the customer, to stay informed about order updates. 

Please note that any orders with pre-order items will be held until all items can be fulfilled. Please place separate orders if you need anything immediately. 

For example: 

You placed 1 order : Dress Pants + Pre-order Dress shirt will ship together August 18th when both items are available. 

You placed 2 Orders: Order 1 with Dress Pants will ship immediately. Order 2 with Dress shirt will ship when the dress shirt is available.
