How Do I Go About Returning or Exchanging An Item?Updated 2 months ago
For US-based returns: Head over to our portal. Using your order number and email, you can print out a return label, or exchange your items for a different size or item.
For Canadian returns, you can head over to our portal to process your return. The cost of the shipping label fee, in addition to our standard process fee of $9 for refunds/exchanges, will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you find that you’d rather ship the package yourself that’s totally fine! The $9 fee will still apply but the cost of shipping won’t be deducted. We encourage the portal for a seamless experience including us being able to follow your tracking number.
