Our office is located in a very large building with a mail center that receives the packages for all of the businesses we share space with. It usually takes them a few days from the day of delivery to sort the mail and get it to our office.

Once we receive your package, we aim to process your return within 21 days. So that's 21 days from the day of delivery to our office. Once your return is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for this to post to your account. Feel free to reach out with any other questions!

We are subject to charge a damages fee of up to the value of the garment for any item returned with soiling and signs of wear, including but not limited to body or pet hair. To qualify for a complete refund, products must be clean and pet-hair-free.
