We're asking our Canadian customers to let us know if they haven't received an update on their return five weeks after dropping it off at their local post office. The five weeks include 14 days for international shipping and our standard 21 days for processing.

If no issues were holding the return up in customs, it's likely your return will be processed before the 5-week mark. Still, we'd like to keep expectations manageable as customs can be unpredictable. We're working to make this experience smoother for our international friends.
