We know that making your way to the post office to get that return in the mail can be a huge barrier for all of us! We are super excited to let you know that effective immediately, you will now be able to utilize the LOOP portal to process your return and generate a label for your package.

The cost of the shipping label fee, in addition to our standard process fee of $9 for refunds/exchanges, will be deducted from your refund amount. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions! We hope you are as excited about this as we are!! 

If you find that you’d rather ship the package yourself that’s totally fine! The $9 fee will still apply but the cost of shipping won’t be deducted. We encourage the portal for a seamless experience including us being able to follow your tracking number.
