What Happens If An Item Arrives Damaged?Updated 8 months ago

We stand behind every product we make. If there is an issue with your purchase, please e-mail us at [email protected] to let us know. In your email, include your name, order number, and the reason for the damage or defect. Please attach at least one image of the affected area so we can better assist you.

You can also set up an exchange through the portal here and make sure to select "item arrived damaged". This will allow you to choose the preferred size and color of an item sent to you. This is also the best way for our team to track damaged items and prevent another customer from receiving them.

It is worth noting if you select an instant exchange, your replacement item will be sent to you right away! Otherwise, the system will send a replacement once the original has been received.
