For US & Canadian customers eligible products from Kirrinfinch.com that can be returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. All original tags and labels must be attached. If your item is covered in pet hair or soiled, it is not considered new.  If your item is excessively covered in pet hair or returned to us in unsellable condition for example balled up, you will not be eligible for a refund and your item will be sent back to you. 

From the day your order ships, you have 21 days to return an item for a refund to your original payment method for a $10 processing fee. You can also opt in to pay $2 @ checkout for a free return or exchange. You have 30 days to return an item for a product exchange or store credit refund - less the $10 return processing fee. 

We are subject to charge a damages fee of up to the value of the garment for any item returned with soiling and signs of wear, including but not limited to body or pet hair. To qualify for a complete refund, products must be clean and pet-hair-free. Light pet hair incurs a $30 fee.

Last chance / final sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
