If your item is excessively covered in pet hair or returned to us in unsellable condition for example balled up, you will not be eligible for a refund and your items will be returned to you.
For US-based returns or exchanges: Head over to our portal. Using your order number and email, you can select items for return or exchange, and print out a return label.
For Canadian returns, you can head over to our portal to process your return. The cost of the shipping label fee, in addition to our standard process fee of $10 for refunds/exchanges, will be deducted from your refund amount.
We encourage the portal for a seamless experience.
