How Do I Go About Returning or Exchanging An Item?Updated 15 days ago
For US-based returns, If you need to exchange or return your item head over to our Return & Exchanges Portal Using your order number and email, you can print out a return label, or exchange your items for a different size or item. We only process returns and exchanges through the platform for US-based orders.
For Canadian returns, If you need to return your item head over to our Return Portal Using your order number and email, you can print out a return label. At this time Exchanges are not available.
For returns outside of US & Canada, you can ship the apparel back to us at the address below. Please note international returns must be sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) in order for us to be able to accept the package. Please include your name and order number to prevent a delay in processing.
We'd love for you to exchange your items, however as an international customer, it's faster if you place an order for your preferred items, and return your original items for a refund or store credit.
