What is a pre-order?

A pre-order reserves an item before it becomes available. The expected ship date will be clearly displayed throughout the shopping experience and at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. The shipping method selected at checkout will apply when your order ships.

For example:

• If you place one order containing dress pants and a pre-order dress shirt, both items will ship together when the dress shirt becomes available.

• If you place two separate orders, the dress pants will ship immediately and the pre-order dress shirt will ship once available.

Please place separate orders if you need your in-stock items immediately.

Expected ship dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather or port delays. We’ll keep you updated if your order is affected.

If you have already placed your order and would like the available items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply based on the value of each shipment and our free-shipping threshold. You may also pay to upgrade the shipping speed once your pre-order is ready to leave our warehouse.
