SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, and other high-volume periods.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While delays may occasionally occur, our team is happy to assist whenever possible.

U.S. SHIPPING

• Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders between $300 and $2,999.99.

• Orders under $299.99 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $9–$10, depending on the shipping destination.

• Orders valued at $3,000 or more require insured shipping and therefore do not qualify for free shipping. Additional shipping and insurance fees may apply. If additional charges are required, our team will contact you before your order ships.

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, any carrier rerouting, return shipping, or interception fees incurred, if applicable, will be deducted from the customer's refund.

SPECIAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to American Samoa, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces America (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP) addresses using standard shipping methods.

Expedited shipping may be available for these destinations at the customer's expense. Please contact us at [email protected] after placing your order to confirm availability and receive a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally, including to Canada, via UPS.

International shipping rates are calculated based on package weight. Applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. In most cases, there will be no additional duties, taxes, or customs charges due upon delivery.
