Orders are typically processed within 1- 3 business days; however, we may experience delays around the holiday season. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused while your package is in transit but we will do what we can to help! 

We offer free economy shipping within the U.S. for all orders of $200+. For all US orders under $200, we charge a small flat fee of $9/$10 for standard shipping (location-based). Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. 

Any orders cancelled once the package is in transit will be charged a rerouting fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

For orders shipped to American Samoa, Arizona, Arkansas, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America/Europe/Pacific expedited shipping is possibly an option at the customer's expense. Please message our team at [email protected] to confirm if this service is available and to be billed. 

International: We ship international orders, including Canada, via UPS using a weight-based rate that includes customs and duties at checkout.
