For orders over $200, shipping is a flat rate of $30, customs, duties, and taxes are not included.

For orders under $200, shipping is a flat rate of $40, customs, duties, and taxes are included. 
If you are ordering something over $200 it may be more cost-effective to split your shipment into two and save on customs and duties! It is certainly worth crunching a few numbers.

Due to new VAT and tax rules, orders from the UK must now be above £135 in order to ship to the UK. 

For all orders outside the US and Canada, we use UPS, which has a weight-based rate that includes customs and duties. It's fast, reliable, and fully trackable. We now offer duty and tax payment at checkout to avoid surprise fees upon package arrival for international destinations outside of Canada.
